Step 1: Check the Basics
Before contacting us, check the following:
Active subscription — Make sure your Slipstream subscription is active
Channel authenticated — Your channel must be connected in your Slipstream profile. Learn how to connect a channel →
Video is Public — Claims won't clear on private or unlisted videos. Set your video to public and wait 5–15 minutes.
Step 2: Dispute the Claim
Dispute the claim directly on the platform (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and state that you hold a valid license for the track through Slipstream Music.
Step 3: Contact Slipstream
If the claim hasn't cleared after following the steps above, email us at support@slipstreammusic.com with:
A dated screenshot of the claim, including the claimant name and registered work
The track name and artist of the Slipstream track you used
A link to the affected video
Our team will work to clear the claim as quickly as possible.
📌 Note: All content published during an active subscription is protected from claims forever — even after you cancel. If old content is being claimed, reach out and we'll help.
