Do you issue refunds?

Slipstream's refund policy and how to request a refund.

Refund Policy

We can issue a refund if both of the following are true:

  • You have not downloaded any tracks

  • Your request is made within 7 days of being charged

This commonly applies to users who forgot to cancel before their free trial ended and didn't use the service.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@slipstreammusic.com with:

  • Your account email address

  • A brief explanation of your request

Our team will follow up within 24 hours.

Tip: If you're thinking about cancelling for another reason β€” price, not using it, or a technical issue β€” please reach out first. We may be able to help resolve the issue.

What if I missed the 7-day window?

Refunds outside the 7-day window or after downloads have been made are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to support@slipstreammusic.com and we'll do our best to help.
