Refund Policy
We can issue a refund if both of the following are true:
You have not downloaded any tracks
Your request is made within 7 days of being charged
This commonly applies to users who forgot to cancel before their free trial ended and didn't use the service.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@slipstreammusic.com with:
Your account email address
A brief explanation of your request
Our team will follow up within 24 hours.
Tip: If you're thinking about cancelling for another reason β price, not using it, or a technical issue β please reach out first. We may be able to help resolve the issue.
What if I missed the 7-day window?
Refunds outside the 7-day window or after downloads have been made are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to support@slipstreammusic.com and we'll do our best to help.
