How do I cancel my subscription?

Step-by-step guide to cancelling your Slipstream subscription and what happens to your content.

Before You Cancel

If you're running into an issue, please email us first — we may be able to help resolve it. Our team responds within 24–48 hours.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to slipstreammusic.com and log in

  2. Click your avatar and go to Profile

  3. Click Manage Subscription

  4. Click Cancel Subscription

  5. Follow the steps until you see the confirmation message: "Cancellation form completed"

⚠️ Important: You must complete every step of the cancellation flow. Closing the window early will not cancel your subscription.

After cancelling, you'll retain access to music and downloads until your current billing period ends.

What Happens to My Content?

All content you created and published before the end of your subscription period is covered by our license agreement forever — even after you cancel.

Content published after your subscription ends is not covered and may be subject to claims.

Having Trouble Cancelling?

If the cancel button isn't working or you're stuck in the flow, email support@slipstreammusic.com and we'll cancel it for you manually. Include your account email address.
