Trouble adding tracks to a playlist — wrong tracks or missing tracks

What to do if adding tracks to a playlist adds the wrong ones, or fewer tracks than expected.

Wrong tracks added to a playlist

Some users have experienced unintended tracks being added when using the "Add to Playlist" button. We believe this has been resolved. If you're still experiencing this, please contact support or ask to speak with someone who can help.

Fewer tracks added than expected

Some users have experienced adding a selection of tracks and finding fewer than expected appeared in the playlist. We believe this has been resolved. If you're still experiencing this, please contact support or ask to speak with someone who can help.

Dragging tracks into a playlist

Some users found that dragging tracks onto search results, "Recently edited," or a paginated playlist in the My Playlists sidebar didn't always work, and that dragging a multi-track selection spanning several sections could drop only part of the selection. We believe this has been resolved. If you're still experiencing this, please contact support or ask to speak with someone who can help.

If your playlist has incorrect tracks

You can manually remove any incorrect tracks from a playlist by opening the playlist and clicking the remove option next to the track.
